A new report reveals FBI General Counsel James Baker is allegedly under investigation in connection with leaking classified information to the media.

Baker is said to be close friend with ousted FBI Director James Comey, and is reportedly being probed by the Justice Department.

While exact details are unclear, several sources claim what he leaked was private national security information.

The report also suggests Baker had been advising Comey on legal matters after the fired FBI chief met with President Trump.

The FBI would not confirm or deny if the investigation is ongoing.
