The White House is expected to release details on proposed joint-tax reform.
On Tuesday, House Speaker Paul Ryan spoke at the capitol hill club saying the reform would be unveiled sometime this week.
A government official also said the framework and principles will be released to the House Ways and Means Committee who will then write the legislation.
White House officials have been working on the legislation, and policymakers say they intend to enact it this year.
Tax reform has been a key issue for GOP lawmakers as well as a campaign promise of President Trump.
