Star Political has confirmed that there is indeed a "Beth" Beth Reinhardt that reports for The Washington Post. Oddly enough her most recent article was about the recent Roy Moore allegations.
The Tweet Reads as follows and claims the local DA sent a Marshal to pick up the phone evidence.
Star Political has reached out to both parties for comment as well as the Etowah County DA's office and will update the story as this unfolds.

We must point out that these allegations have not yet been substantiated — and might not be at all real.
But with reports of sexual misconduct swirling, it’s important that any and all evidence and reports be adequately aired and investigated so voters can find out the truth.
Moore has contended that the sexual accusations were unfounded.
