200 New Zero Point Foods On Weight Watchers


The Weight Watchers system has long assigned a point system to foods for it's dieters. The point system encourages members to stay away from less healthy foods, by assigning those foods a high point value, while foods that are perfectly healthy to eat in abundance, get a low point value. According to the plan, some vegetables have always scored a zero on the list, but now Weight Watchers says dieters need not count points when it comes to more than 200 zero-point foods recently added to the list. Whole eggs, including the cholesterol-heavy yolks, can now be enjoyed guilt-free. Many kinds of beans, including black, butter, navy, white, and fat-free refried beans have also been added to the all you can eat line up.
