Ex-Minnesota Officer To Plead Not Gulity To Murder

The former Minneapolis police officer charged with murdering an unarmed Australian woman is expected to enter a not guilty plea on Tuesday. Mohamed Noor will enter his plea in Hennepin County District Court in Minneapolis and court documents filed last month show he intends to argue he used “reasonable force” last July when he fatally shot 40-year-old Justine Damond. Noor faces third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter charges. Noor’s attorney, previously said his client should not have been charged and he was simply following his training when he shot Damond as she approached his car after calling 911 to report a possible assault near her house. https://ift.tt/2I8aJn7 http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com
