Lawyer Says Texas Shooting Suspect Appeared Disoriented Following Rampage

According to a report by Reuters, a lawyer representing the 17 year-old student who authorities claim killed 10 people when he opened fire in his Houstan-area high school appeared to be disoriented on the morning following the rampage. Dimitrios Pagourtzis, identified by law enforcement, has been charged with capital murder and is being held without bail in Santa Fe, Texas. Reuters reports that Nicholas Poehl, one of two lawyers hired by the suspect’s parents to represent him, claims to have spent a total of one hour with Pagourtzis on Friday night and Saturday morning. When asked to describe his client’s state of mind, the attorney said, "He’s very emotional and weirdly nonemotional. There are aspects of it he understands and there are aspects he doesn’t understand.” This video was produced by YT Wochit News using
