Sleep Habits Linked To Mood Disorders

Night owls may have a greater risk of developing mood disorders, according to a new study. Researchers from the University of Glasgow in Britain found that a regular sleep-wake cycle avoids depression, bipolar disorder, and other conditions. Study participants who were active during the night or inactive during the day were 6 to 10 percent more likely to be diagnosed with a mood disorder than those who followed a normal cycle of being active during the day and resting at night. https://ift.tt/2wRMQP8 http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com
