Study Suggests Saunas Are Good For Cardiovascular Health

According to a report by Mother Nature Network, a 2017 study links regular visits to a sauna to a reduced risk of high blood pressure. The findings reportedly correlate with a 2015 study of over 2,300 Finnish men that showed a lower risk for several cardiovascular conditions, including heart failure and coronary heart disease. Laukkanen said about the participant's frequency of sauna sessions, “More is better. It seems that those who had more than four sauna sessions per week had a lowest risk, but also those with two to three sauna sessions may get some benefits.” MMN warns that people who have low blood pressure, are pregnant, or are dehydrated should not use a sauna. https://ift.tt/2i0a7V0 http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit News using http://wochit.com
