Did the Democrats Steal Their New Campaign Slogan From A Well Know Florida Law Firm?

On Wednesday, Democrats unveiled their new slogan: “For the People.”

According to Politico:
“House Democrats plan to begin working ‘For the People’ into their statements and press conferences, with a focus on three key areas: addressing health care and prescription drug costs; increasing wages through infrastructure and public works projects; and highlighting Republican corruption in Washington.”

There is just one small problem. If you live in Florida, one thing you will have see on an almost daily basis is an ad from the law firm Morgan and Morgan.

It's doesn't look like Morgan and Morgan own the trademark for the phrase... "For the People," however Star Political has learned the phrase is in fact trademarked by the MUZIK, INC. CORPORATION Delaware operating out of west Hollywood which may have implications on usage of said slogan.
